Building and maintaining long-term engagement with your supporters is crucial for the sustained success of your project. By creating a strategy to reward them, you can show appreciation for their contributions and encourage continued support. Here’s how to leverage Rayo to identify and reward your curators effectively.

Downloading the data of supporters

  • Navigate to your project’s profile page on Rayo.
  • Locate the ‘Download List’ button in the overview section.
  • Click the button to download a CSV file containing your project’s supporter details.

Understanding the Curators CSV File

The CSV file can be opened using any spreadsheet software such as Numbers, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel. The file includes:
  • Proposer’s Address: The first column contains the wallet address of the user who initially submitted the project.
  • Voter Addresses: The second column lists the addresses of all users who voted on your project, in the order they voted.

Identifying Key Supporters

Supporters play a pivotal role in the success of your project. To identify these key supporters:
  • Open the CSV file in your preferred spreadsheet application.
  • Select the entries from the Proposer & Voters column to identify early supporters.

Rewarding Your Supporters

Once you’ve identified your key supporters, consider the following rewards to show your appreciation:
  • Exclusive Content: Provide early access to new features, updates, or special content.
  • Points or Tokens: Distribute points or tokens that can be redeemed for various perks or benefits.
  • NFTs: Offer unique NFTs as a token of appreciation.
  • Personal Thank You: Send personalised messages to express your gratitude for their support.
By recognising and rewarding your curators, you not only thank them for their contributions but also lay the foundation for ongoing engagement and loyalty.
